By using FyWorx, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

• Each user may maintain one account
• Accounts are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Subscriptions and Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed on the pricing page
• Provide valid payment information
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Platform Rules

• Do not attempt to circumvent the platform's matching or communication features
• Do not misuse the AI features or attempt to manipulate the system
• All platform communications must be professional and respectful
• Do not share account credentials or access

Limitation of Liability

FyWorx provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for any disputes between freelancers and companies using the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content or matching results.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Any outstanding fees remain payable.
